Thank you to everyone who came out to support the Balaclava Home & School Fun Fair this year! Even though the rain made an appearance, it didn’t stop us from having an amazing time. The event was a huge success and we were able to raise $13,500 towards updating in-class technology for our students!!! 

A special shoutout goes to all of our incredible sponsors who donated financially, BBQ items, baked goods, drinks, and so many amazing items for the Plant Sale and Silent Auction — there were some truly fantastic baskets up for grabs. We have created a Sponsor Brochure which is attached, in this brochure you will find all the contact information for our amazing sponsors and local businesses so we can continue to shop, support and use their services!

And of course, the BIGGEST thank you to our amazing Volunteers! Your time, energy, and dedication made this event possible. We couldn’t have done it without you and cannot thank you enough!

Upcoming H&S Events: 

– Feb/March Lost & Found will be donated tomorrow night, Friday June 6th if not claimed before. Please email balaclavahands@gmail.com if any of the items posted are your childs – https://www.balaclavahomeandschool.com/lost-found-clothing/   

– Monday June 9th is the Free Pancake Lunch that will take place at first break. Please remember to pack your child a fork. 

– H&S Social Thursday June 12th at 7pm. Everyone is invited to come out and celebrate the last school year, meet new parents and learn more about H&S. Please RSVP to: balaclavahands@gmail.com so we have enough food & drinks. Location will be emailed to participants closer to the date.
